A former Ohio police officer accused of killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend will be arraigned Friday on aggravated murder and other charges, a prosecutor said Thursday.

"I am not ashamed of my tears," Pastor Dennis K. Butts Sr. said in opening the funeral for Jessie Davis on Saturday. "Tears are a gift from God. Today is a good day to cry."
