Joran van der Sloot won't be rearrested in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway – despite what appeared to be his recent confession to the crime.
Authorities officially closed the Natalee Holloway case on Tuesday, saying there was not enough evidence to charge anyone in her 2005 disappearance.
Joran van der Sloot, one of three young men last seen with Natalee Holloway in Aruba, was set free Friday by an Aruban judge who ruled there was not enough evidence to hold him for an additional 60 days of pretrial detention.
